Miso Soup Early on in this blog, there was a Sardines Part 1. There is nothing more soothing or comforting to me on a chilly night than a warm bowl of miso soup. I don't know about you but the weather here in the Midwest has been really weird and confusing the last couple of weeks. It has been in the high 70's down to the 40's with either rain or shine. For today's lunch, we had vegetable dumplings in miso soup. Enjoying Traditional Japanese Fermentation. The meal came with miso soup, sunomono, chicken teriyaki, dynamite roll, and white rice.
